BKS Conveyancing has grown out of the union of two well-established settlement agencies: Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and Harman Settlement Service.

Bringing together more than half a century’s experience in the conveyancing industry, BKS Conveyancing operates in the Stirling business district and in Ellenbrook to provide exceptional service levels to all of our clients, for all of their property and business conveyancing needs.

OUR TEAM
BENNETT TOMLINSON
With a degree in Business from Edith Cowan University, BKS Principal, Bennett Tomlinson, has spent
his career working in various roles within law firms, including as a human resources manager,
conveyancer and law clerk. Bennett has been exposed to various clients and businesses in addition to
conveyancing and this background assists Bennett in running his own business and providing the best
quality service for his clients. This also enables Bennett to identify when external advice is required
and through his extensive contacts, Bennett can send his clients to someone he knows and trusts to
provide the right advice.
Bennett is a keen cook and renovator and enjoys the challenge of taking something neglected back to its former glory.

GARY FERNANDES
Gary joined BKS early in 2025 after years working in property management.
Passionate about servicing our clients, Gary is committed to settle every transaction smoothly and on time. He brings his wealth of property knowledge to each transaction and assists clients to deal with the rare issues that arise through the settlement process.
In his spare time, Gary spends time with his family and three miniature Dachshunds .

MONIQUE FRIEND
Monique also joined the team early in 2025. She has a background in banking and understands the settlement process for different perspectives.
As the proud owner of a heart of gold, Monique is committed to assisting clients and stakeholders every step of the way, from engagement to settlement.
In her spare time, Monique enjoys spending time her husband, four kids and extended family.
