BKS Conveyancing has grown out of the union of two well-established settlement agencies: Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and Harman Settlement Service.
Bringing together more than half a century’s experience in the conveyancing industry, BKS Conveyancing operates in the Stirling business district and in Ellenbrook to provide exceptional service levels to all of our clients, for all of their property and business conveyancing needs.

OUR TEAM
BENNETT TOMLINSON
With a degree in Business from Edith Cowan University, BKS Principal, Bennett Tomlinson, has spent
his career working in various roles within law firms, including as a human resources manager,
conveyancer and law clerk. Bennett has been exposed to various clients and businesses in addition to
conveyancing and this background assists Bennett in running his own business and providing the best
quality service for his clients. This also enables Bennett to identify when external advice is required
and through his extensive contacts, Bennett can send his clients to someone he knows and trusts to
provide the right advice.
Bennett is a keen cook and renovator and enjoys the challenge of taking something neglected back to its former glory.
JANNE BARTLE
Director Janne Bartle has been involved in real estate conveyancing for over 35 years.
In 1986, Janne obtained her real estate Settlement Agents Licence and established Harman Settlement Service which grew to become one of the most successful and truly independent real estate settlement agencies in WA. In 2016, Janne partnered with Bennett Tomlinson to purchase Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and in July of 2017 the two businesses were merged to form BKS Conveyancing WA.
Janne's knowledge and practical experience is unsurpassed in the conveyancing industry.
She utilises her passion and wealth of experience to ensure that every client receives the highest quality service in this very competitive market and is committed to developing long-term relationships with her clients well into the future.
Janne is a lover of the Swan Valley and spends as much time visiting the local wineries, and cheese and chocolate factories as possible. When she is forced to leave the valley, you will find her at the nearest cinema or catching up with friends and family.
