BKS Conveyancing has grown out of the union of two well-established settlement agencies: Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and Harman Settlement Service.

BENNETT TOMLINSON
Bennett holds a Business degree from Edith Cowan University and has built his career across a range of roles within the legal profession, including human resources management, conveyancing and law clerk positions.
His broad experience working with individuals, families and businesses gives him a practical understanding of the challenges clients face beyond the conveyancing process. This allows Bennett to provide well-rounded guidance, recognise when specialist advice is needed, and confidently connect clients with trusted professionals from his extensive network.
Outside of work, Bennett enjoys cooking and renovating. He takes great satisfaction in restoring neglected properties and projects, embracing the challenge of bringing them back to life.
GARY FERNANDES
Gary joined BKS Conveyancing in 2025, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the real estate industry across Perth, Melbourne and Auckland. His broad industry experience provides clients with practical insight, and a thorough understanding of the property transaction process from start to finish.
Known for his approachable nature and attention to detail, Gary is committed to delivering a positive settlement experience. He enjoys guiding clients through each stage of the process, resolving complex issues when they arise, and ensuring every matter is handled with professionalism and care.
Outside of the office; Gary enjoys technology, home automation and renovation projects, and spending time with his three miniature Dachshunds.
